We want your aquascape to be just as amazing as you imagined. That's why we offer the most generous terms in the industry, so you can try your hand at getting the perfect result.

1. 8 weeks open purchase (Our Scaper Guarantee)

We know that it's hard to see exactly how a root fits until you hold it over the aquarium. That's why we offer 8 weeks open purchase.

  • Buy home the pieces you choose from.
  • Try them in your hardscape.
  • Send back what was left over or did not fit.

2. Conditions for returns

For a return to be accepted, the following criteria must be met:

  • The goods must be in mint condition. As it is a natural material, this means that the roots/stones must not have been sawn, glued, boiled or soaked.
  • The product should be packed well (preferably in its original packaging) so that it is not damaged during transportation.

3. return freight

When exercising the right of withdrawal or open purchase, you are customer for the return freight.

  • You can choose any shipping company, but we recommend that the package is sent trackable.
  • Always keep the return receipt until we have confirmed that we have received the return.

4. How do I make a return?

  1. Email us at info@tuskwood.com and indicate your order number and the products you want to return.
  2. We will send you instructions and a return address: Tuskwood, Idstigen 2, 34337 Älmhult.
  3. Pack the goods carefully and send them back to us.

5. repayment

Once we have received and checked that the item is in new condition, we will credit your invoice or refund the money via the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g. Klarna or Stripe). This is normally done within 7 working days of receiving the return.

6 Complaints

If an item is damaged when it arrives or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@tuskwood.com. If the complaint is approved, Tuskwood.com is of course responsible for all shipping costs.
