Welcome to Tuskwood.com. We want you to feel completely safe with your purchase of unique roots and natural materials. Here you will find our full terms and conditions of trade, shipping and returns.

1. general

By completing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

2. prices and payment

  • All prices are in SEK including VAT (25%).
  • We offer secure payments via [specify payment provider, e.g. Klarna/Stripe/PayPal].
  • There are no hidden charges. Any shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

3. shipping and delivery

  • We will pack and ship your order normally within 1-3 working days.

  • Transport liability: If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation to you, we are responsible for payment. In the event of a return to us, it is you as a customer who is responsible for the goods during transportation.

4. 8 weeks Open Purchase (Our Scaper Guarantee)

We know that building the perfect layout takes time. That's why we offer 56 days (8 weeks) open purchase from the moment you receive your goods.

  • Conditions for return: The goods must be returned in their original condition. As roots are natural materials, this means that they not may have been cooked, glued, sawn or soaked. They must be dry and unused.
  • Return shipping: When using open purchase or right of withdrawal, you are customer for the return freight. Pack the product well (preferably in its original packaging) so that it is not damaged during transportation.

5. How to make a return

  1. Contact us at info@tuskwood.com within 56 days and provide your order number and the goods you want to return.
  2. Send the goods to: Tuskwood, Idstigen 2, 34337 Älmhult.
  3. Once we have received and checked that the item is in new condition, we will refund the full amount (minus shipping costs) using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

6 Complaints

If an item is broken on arrival or if we have sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN) and the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. In the event of an approved complaint, Tuskwood.com is responsible for all shipping costs.

7. product information (WYSIWYG)

Many of our roots are sold as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). This means that the image you see is exactly the same as the root you buy. For products not marked as unique specimens, natural variations in color and shape may occur.
