Tropica Aquarium Soil is a complete active bottom substrate made from natural volcanic minerals. It is used without any other bottom substrate, and the 2\u20133 mm grain size makes planting easy. The material provides good conditions for roots and contributes to a natural aquarium environment. Soil lowers pH and affects water chemistry.<\/p>\n
Spread Soil directly as the aquarium base layer, making it deeper at the back if desired for greater depth. Change 25\u201350 per cent of the water at least twice a week during the aquarium\u2019s first four weeks. Calculate the required litres as the aquarium length \u00d7 width \u00d7 desired layer depth in centimetres, divided by 1,000.<\/p>\n
