About the plant
Solenostoma tetragonum 'Pearl Moss' is an unusual liverwort from Borneo with small, round, slightly translucent leaves. It grows slowly into dense, cushion-like mats that add fine texture to stone and driftwood. Its compact growth habit is especially suited to nano aquariums or as an accent alongside Bucephalandra and other shade-tolerant plants.
Planting and care
Attach small portions to stone or wood and provide stable water parameters, consistent nutrients and added CO2. Under good conditions, pearl-like oxygen bubbles can gather between the closely spaced leaves.
