About the plant

Cryptocoryne undulata 'Broad Leaf' är en röd form från Sri Lankas vattendrag. Den är lättskött och klarar mycket varierande akvarieförhållanden, men uttrycket förändras tydligt med miljön. Vid svagare ljus och näring blir plantan högre, långsammare och mer grönbrun. Med mer ljus, näring och tillsatt CO2 växer den snabbare och utvecklar kortare blad med en tydligare rödbrun ton.

Plant in nutrient-rich substrate and choose the position according to the effect you want. Provide more light, nutrition and CO2 for more compact growth and stronger reddish-brown colour.
