About the plant

Echinodorus 'Rosé' är en vacker hybrid mellan Echinodorus horemanii 'Red' och Echinodorus horizontalis, framtagen av Hans Barth i Dessau 1986. Plantan blir ungefär 25–40 cm hög och rosetten 15–25 cm bred. Nya undervattensblad slår ut i en mjuk rosa ton och visar till en början rödbruna fläckar. Färgspelet ger en varm men lättplacerad kontrast i bakgrunden.

Planting and care

Plant in nutrient-rich bottom substrate for good growth. The plant is otherwise undemanding and well suited to beginners; remove older leaves when the rosette needs shaping.
