About the plant
Anubias barteri var. nana 'Large' is a larger form of the classic small Anubias from Cameroon. It combines the same hardiness and slow growth with a fuller appearance on stone or wood. Its long-lived leaves gradually build a stable green structure, and the plant can flower underwater. It is particularly well suited where a regular nana feels too small but a full-sized Anubias barteri would become too dominant.
Planting and care
Attach the rhizome to stone or wood until the plant has anchored itself. If the roots are placed in the substrate, the rhizome must remain free to prevent rot. Keep the leaves clean of algae.
