About the plant

Echinodorus grisebachii 'Bleherae' är en vacker och anspråkslös svärdsplanta från Sydamerika. Den blir ungefär 20–50 cm hög och utvecklas till ett kraftfullt solitärt blickfång i större akvarier. Växten klarar även svagare belysning genom att sträcka sig mot ljuset, vilket gör den till ett pålitligt val för både nybörjare och erfarna akvarister. Den har tidigare sålts under namnet 'Paniculatus'.

Planting and care

Plant in nutrient-rich bottom substrate and leave ample room around the rosette. Regularly remove large outer leaves so the plant does not shade smaller species beneath it.
