About the plant

Alternanthera reineckii 'Rosanervig' kännetecknas av intensivt rosa blad med tydligt ljusa bladnerver. Den växer kraftigt men håller en mer kompakt form och svagare stjälktillväxt än många andra Alternanthera-sorter. Därför passar den särskilt bra i mellanzonen och kan även användas längre fram om den hålls vältrimmad. Färgkombinationen ger ett omedelbart blickfång och gör sig fint mot mörkgrön mossa eller sten.

Planting and care

Provide strong light, regular fertilisation and stable CO2; all three are important for both growth and colour development. Trim frequently if the plant is to remain low and dense.
