About the plant
Lobelia cardinalis 'Mini' arose as a spontaneous mutation among ordinary Lobelia cardinalis. Its attractive light green leaves grow closer together, the plant is considerably smaller, and it rarely forms the long upright shoots typical of the standard form. It branches readily even without trimming, developing into a low, dense bush that works well in the foreground or midground.
Planting and care
Plant cut shoots in the substrate for easy propagation. The plant manages without CO2 but is most compact with good light and added CO2.
