About the plant

Lobelia cardinalis 'Mini' uppstod som en spontan mutation i odlingen av vanlig Lobelia cardinalis. De vackra ljusgröna bladen sitter tätare, plantan är betydligt mindre och den bildar sällan de långa upprätta skott som kännetecknar grundformen. Sorten förgrenar sig villigt även utan trimning och utvecklar därför en låg, tät buske som passar fint i förgrund eller mellanzon.

Planting and care

Plant cut shoots in the substrate for easy propagation. The plant manages without CO2 but is most compact with good light and added CO2.
