About the plant
Micranthemum glomeratum is a delicate North American plant whose small curved leaves resemble a miniature Egeria. In intense light it takes on a characteristic trailing growth habit and can be used near the front of the aquarium. A dense group forms a fine light-green cushion with very small-scale texture. In terrariums, the species naturally grows into a compact carpet.
Planting and care
Provide strong, even light for low, trailing growth. Trim and replant the tops to retain a dense cushion.
