About the plant
Monosolenium tenerum is an Asian liverwort that resembles a large Riccia but remains on the bottom. It grows around 2–5 cm high and gradually forms soft green cushions suited to the foreground or between low plants. The species is sometimes incorrectly called Pellia.
Planting and care
The plant is fragile and pieces come loose easily. Attach small clumps to stone with fine line, or place them protected among plants such as Eleocharis. Once established, it is very undemanding.
