About the plant
Sagittaria subulata 'Needle Leaf' is a narrow-leaved variety with graceful leaves about 15–30 cm long but only a few millimetres wide. Its compact, upright growth creates a soft, natural background without looking heavy. It is easy to grow and thrives in moderate light without requiring added CO2. Under more intense lighting, its fresh green leaves can develop subtle orange tones.
Planting and care
Plant in small groups and let the runners fill the area. The plant spreads readily; cut off and move new plants when the group needs shaping or limiting.
