About the plant
Bacopa caroliniana is a classic North American stem plant that has been grown in aquariums for many years. Its sturdy stems reach around 10–30 cm long, while rounded fresh-green leaves offer a calm contrast to fine-leaved plants. Unlike many other stem plants, it grows relatively slowly and does not require constant trimming. It is especially decorative in small groups at the back of the aquarium.
Planting and care
Give the plant relatively good light and plant the stems with a little space between them. Propagate it easily by cutting off a side shoot and planting it in the bottom substrate.
