About the plant
Vallisneria spiralis 'Tiger' is a very easy-to-grow Asian plant that thrives in almost all normal light and water conditions. Its name comes from the decorative dark stripes on its 30–50 cm-long and 1–2 cm-wide leaves. Its relatively moderate height and narrow form make this variety useful even in smaller aquariums, without shading smaller plants as easily. The group spreads readily and quickly creates a natural background.
Planting and care
Plant the rosettes with a little space between them and allow the runners to fill the area. Thin out or move new plants when the group becomes too dense.
