Plagiomnium sp. ’Thyme Moss’ – paludarium plant, 3-pack

About the plant

Plagiomnium sp. 'Thyme Moss' is a lush moss with unusually large, translucent bright-green leaves and softly wavy edges. It adds clear structure and contrast alongside finer mosses and tropical plants. Use it as a green carpet, on decorative features, or on roots and stones that extend above the water in a paludarium. It is intended for humid conditions above the waterline and should not be kept permanently submerged in an aquarium.

Planting and care

Place the moss in a humid, sheltered spot above the waterline. Keep humidity high and let it grow over substrate, stone or wood, where it can form a soft green surface.
