About the plant

Anubias barteri 'Kirin' is a decorative variety named after the Asian dragon kirin. Its dark green, oval leaves grow to around 3–4 cm and have strongly wavy edges that distinguish the plant from other small Anubias. Its slow growth and compact scale make it a fine detail on smaller roots and stones. The plant thrives in low light and retains its shape with very little pruning.

Planting and care

Attach the rhizome to wood or stone and never cover it with substrate. Choose a calm, shadier position and keep the slow-growing leaves free from debris and algae.
